New Krueger?

I just found out today, that there is apparently a remake of Nightmare on Elm Street coming out this April, a couple days before my birthday in fact.

I just watched the trailer for it on YouTube and honestly? I'm not impressed, nor am I looking forward to it. Englund, the famous face of Freddy, is not in the movie. I never saw Watchmen, but apparently the actor behind Rorschach is Krueger.

I could list a million and a half reasons why the trailer makes me concerned, but I don't really see a need to do such a silly thing.

I'm concerned, but I'm willing to give it a chance. I might be pleasantly surprised, but I'm also not holding my breath.

Jury is out until April 2010.

Yeah, I've been getting brochures from RIT in the mail all summer. I really like the multitude of clubs and activities.
