Huzzah! The muses have seen fit to bless me both with time and inspiration at the same moment for once!

Currently working on making myself a new computer background. I will definitely be putting screen shots up once I get it finished, plus it will be available to anyone else who wants it too. It'll be customizable, etc, so keep an eye out for this one if you like Waddle Dees or anything so insanely cute that it'll give you a sugar rush and cavities just by looking at it. :aww: We'll see if I can do their cuteness justice!

UPDATE

Background is coming along swimmingly, but I was also challenged with making a Caramelldansen video for the Waddle Dees.

The "Idiot" was an interesting villain...he was created out of the synergistc effect of the minds of four drug addicts combining when they ended up in a coma-like state from taking the idiot root.

No I have not. I really only have exposure to the animated Batman series from the 1990's, so any comics about him I really have not read.

This story does sound very interesting though!

Have you ever heard of a mini-series featuring a Batman villain during the early nineties called "The Idiot Root"? It was one of my favorites. Batman goes to Rio de Jinero to investigate a plant root that is being used as a hallucinogenic drug down in Brazil. The "hallucinogenic" world that people go to is actually controlled by a creature known as "The Idiot" who feeds off of the people who take the plant root by eating their minds. It is a four part series where Batman has to figure out a way to stop the "Idiot".

I may. I have a "scribble experiment" of the shadow I put into scraps somewhat recently. Right now though, I'm finding trying to come up with something to draw of the Shadow, because there's almost too much to work from!

This is excellent to hear yet another person has been hooked by the Shadow! Excellent! And yes, he is more awesome than Batman (and that's coming from an avid childhood fan, he he).

I was gonna be the Shadow, but that proved too difficult for me to pull off this year, so I went with Punisher instead, maybe next year will be shadow year.
